Through extensive research with parents and kids, Big Blue Dot collaborated with National Geographic on a strategy to target the entire audience of kids. We came up with a naming convention and graphic identity systems for both Little Kids (0-5) and Kids (6 – 12). The successful use of the two new sub-branded looks include a masthead for the award-winning Kids magazine, retail toy packaging, new branding for the NGKids website, animated logos for TV programs, and a style guide for designers to implement the kids’ branding throughout the worldwide organization.
